When will my badge(s) be mailed? ▾
Exhibitor badge mailing schedules are communicated in exhibitor registration updates. If badges are not received before travel, they can be reprinted on-site at registration.

Badge pricing is published each Show cycle when registration opens. Final pricing may vary by registration category and timing; always refer to semashow.com registration details for current rates.
I have a Featured Vehicle in the Show. How do I register to get a badge? ▾
Featured Vehicle badges are not pre-registered and are not mailed before the Show. When you check in your vehicle, you will receive a special registration form that must be completed on-site.
How do I know how many exhibiting personnel are already registered? ▾
When the exhibitor key contact signs into the online system, it shows how many are registered, how many remain in the complimentary allotment, and how many have been paid for.
Our company is located in Canada. Will our exhibitor badges be mailed pre-show? ▾
Yes. US and Canadian exhibitor addresses are treated as domestic for badge mailing. Non-US and non-Canadian addresses are treated as international and are typically not mailed pre-show.
Can we still get our badges mailed pre-show if our address is a P.O. Box? ▾
No. A physical street address is required for domestic badge shipping. Carriers do not deliver these badge shipments to P.O. Boxes.
What if I need to change an exhibiting staff name on a badge? ▾
Name changes can be made online by the booth key contact before badges are mailed. After mailing, changes are made on-site in Exhibitor Registration and the incorrect badge must be surrendered.

No. Exhibitor badges are issued under the official exhibiting company name on the booth space application.
What is a Non-Exhibiting Company (NEC)? ▾
If a company qualifies to exhibit but chooses not to and wants to register employees to attend the Show, they are classified as an NEC.
