REGISTRATION

When will my badge(s) be mailed?
Domestic badges are mailed in advance closer to the Show date. International badges and late registrations should be picked up on-site at registration. Check your confirmation email for final fulfillment details.
Can I register over the phone?
No. Registration must be completed online or on-site following the official registration process.
How much does it cost to register and get a badge?
Badge pricing is published each Show cycle when registration opens. Final pricing may vary by registration category and timing; always refer to semashow.com registration details for current rates.
I have a Featured Vehicle in the Show. How do I register to get a badge?
Featured Vehicle badges are not pre-registered and are not mailed before the Show. When you check in your vehicle, you will receive a special registration form that must be completed on-site.
I do not have internet access or do not want to register online. How can I register?
Exhibitor pre-show registration is handled online by the designated key contact. On-site registration may be available depending on category and timing, with applicable fees.
What if I lost or forgot to bring my badge to the Show? Can it be reprinted onsite?
Yes. Badge reprints can be processed onsite. Reprint fees and ID requirements vary by registration category. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the registration record.

GENERAL

May exhibitor badges be issued with a different company name?
No. Exhibitor badges are issued under the official exhibiting company name on the booth space application.
What is a Non-Exhibiting Company (NEC)?
If a company qualifies to exhibit but chooses not to and wants to register employees to attend the Show, they are classified as an NEC. If Show Management confirms the company as a Non-Exhibiting Company (NEC), a higher registration fee is applied. Non-Exhibiting Companies are limited to two registrants, attending no more than two Shows.
Can I register over the phone?
No. Registration must be completed online or on-site following the official registration process.
I am an educator, but I am not bringing students to the Show this year. Am I eligible to attend through the SEMA Show Student Program?
No. Educators attending through the Student Program must be accompanying students participating in the program.

What are Material Handling Services?
Material handling services include receiving shipments, moving freight to and from your booth space, and storing empty containers during the Show. These services are ordered through the official service providers in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

Do public relations or marketing representatives qualify for media credentials?
No. Public relations and marketing personnel representing manufacturers do not qualify for media credentials. Video production companies representing exhibitors, or those charging companies to be covered, also do not qualify.
Where can I find an exhibitor list for the SEMA Show?
The SEMA Show floorplan and exhibitor list are published on semashow.com as the Show approaches. Check the floorplan/exhibitor section for current information.
How can I obtain information on new products at the SEMA Show?
Visit the New Products Showcase and use the SEMA Show mobile app Product Scanner to capture product details and exhibitor information.
How do I know how many exhibiting personnel are already registered?
When the exhibitor key contact signs into the online system, it shows how many are registered, how many remain in the complimentary allotment, and how many have been paid for.
